Our classes are intentionally kept small so that we can ensure everyone is receiving the hands on attention they deserve. This allows you to progress quicker in your practice. Our 10 bed studio proudly uses Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers with Tower combos and Exo Chairs, allowing us the flexibility to not only lead you through the Classical repertoire as Joseph Pilates intended, but to also creatively flow in ways that you’ll feel and love. Reformer & Tower classes are offered in a variety of type, skill level, and intensity.

A body toning, body-weight-lifting workout that engages the muscles you wouldn’t normally target. In this class you’ll squat & lunge with high-rep but low impact movements. Barre challenges anyone looking to fine tune their muscles-no ballet experienced required!
